At Hibiscus Neuro Rehab, your sesssion is not just treatment time. It includes planning, communication, education, rehab support, and a team who understands neurological, vestibular and complex recovery needs.
Your appointment includes more than the time in the room.
Neurological, vestibular and functional rehab often affects more than one part of daily life.
It can involve movement, balance, fatigue, confidence, home setup, routines, work, family roles, and what matters most to you.
That is why your therapy plan may include assessment, clinical reasoning, goal setting, exercise programming, GP letters, liaison with other health care providers, email support, and updates to your home programme.
You are not booking a body-part appointment. You are booking care that is planned around the whole person
What is included in your care
Every therapy plan is different, but your care may include:
Your initial planning and onboarding session
GP letter
Exercise programme and access to your client portal
Unlimited email access to your therapy team
Rehab sessions
Education about your condition and how to manage it
Liaison with other health care providers as needed
ACC-Funded Care
If your sessions are ACC-funded, you only pay the copay. We handle the rest.

For your first appointment, or if we have not seen you for this concern before. Includes time to understand what has been happening, what matters to you, your current function, your goals, and what support may be useful next.
Suited to: New clients, new concerns, complex presentations, dizziness, concussion, balance, stroke rehab, Parkinson’s support, and neurological rehab.
Ongoing Care
Follow-Up Rehab Session (Clinic)

For continuing your therapy plan after your initial assessment. Your session may include exercise progression, education, movement practice, review of your home programme, and planning for the next step in your rehab.
Suited to: Ongoing rehab, balance work, vestibular rehab, strength, mobility, confidence, and functional goals.
In Your Own Space
Home visit (Follow-Up)
Home Visit - 60 mins (plus travel) | $225 | |

Home visits let us see how you move in the space you actually live in: your stairs, bathroom, kitchen, hallway and everyday setup. That means your therapy plan can be shaped around real life, not just a clinic room.
Suited to: Falls concerns, post-hospital recovery, stroke rehab, mobility challenges, home setup, caregiver support, and anyone who finds travel difficult.
Assistant-Led Sessions
Therapy Assistant Session (60 minutes)

Supervised sessions with our therapy assistant to keep your programme moving between clinician reviews. Your plan is set by your physio or OT; the therapy assistant supports you to practise it.
Suited to: Continuing an existing exercise programme, supervised practice, and ongoing support between physio or OT reviews.
