Duties and Responsibilities

- Support day to day business operations
- Daily and weekly data analytics and reporting
- Provide administrative support for therapy and management team
- Liaise with a wide variety of clients and referrers
- You will oversee managing the office, including equipment, stationery, and supplies
- Manage reception area, answer phones, emails and manage referrals from clients and other healthcare providers
- Invoicing and payment collection
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Carryout administrative duties, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning
- Greet clients
- Assist with scheduling of appointments and maintaining calendars
- Assist with marketing, emails, social media, text etic
- Provide high-level assistance to CEO/Manager
Beneficial Skills and Experience
- Experience in administration or reception work
- Have a highly developed organisational and time management skills with experience in meeting deadlines, high attention to detail and dealing with conflicting and vary demands
- Demonstrated ability and knowledge if a range of computer programs including Microsoft office and patient management software would be desirable.
- Knowledge of ACC’s systems would be advantageous but not essential
- Has experience with social media and marketing advantageous but not essential
