Dawn completed her Physiotherapy degree at Coventry University in the UK in 2019. She began her career with the NHS in Wales, where she worked with people across a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, respiratory, and neurological rehabilitation. This gave her valuable experience in both hospital and community settings, and a real appreciation of how health and recovery are influenced by everyday life.
After travelling throughout New Zealand, Dawn decided to make it home and registered with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand in 2023. Since then, she has been part of the Waitemata District Health Board, supporting community teams in Rodney, North and West Auckland, and has also joined Physiotherapy New Zealand as a member of the Older Adults and Neurological special interest groups.
Dawn joined Hibiscus Neuro Rehab in August 2025. She is passionate about supporting people living with neurological conditions, with a special interest in balance and vestibular rehabilitation.
Outside of work, Dawn enjoys exploring the outdoors, travelling, and experiencing everything New Zealand has to offer.
