Private Neurological Assessment ( Up to 90 minutes including follow up phone calls, reports and general liaison) Clinic: $ 200 Home Visit: $ 207 Virtual Introductory Price: $145 (for 60 minutes) ACC Surcharge Initial Assessment ( for up to 90 minutes including follow up phone calls, reports and general liaison) Clinic: $135 Home Visit: $142 Follow up appointments Private (per hour) Clinic: $ 145 per hour, Home visit: $152 ACC follow up Surcharge (per hour) Clinic: $ 80 per hour, Home visit: $87 * Travel charges will apply outside the Hibiscus Coast Non-contact administration time for requested reports will be charged at $100 per hour (min $25) Concession Rates Please contact to discuss. |
