STRONG and ACTIVE exercise class

Our new exercise classes are aimed a people who have had a stroke to help improve fitness and function. 

As well as a fitness component to support independence there will be a strong focus on education and functional tasks to help ongoing rehabilitation for people who have had a stroke.

UP and ACTIVE exercise class

Parkinson's Specific exercise class runs for 10 weeks at 

Health Hub  
​55 Karepiro Drive Stanmore Bay 
Thursdays 1.30 pm -2.30 pm 

Out and ACTIVE exercise class
Nordic Walking Classes will be running for six people for six weeks
Next class - March/April 2019


Where: Meet Behind Orewa Surf Club in Carpark
Cost $135 for 6 weeks including pole hire
